FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting external orifice of the urethra and moving it to the top of the glans penis. The edges of the split glans penis are mobilized. A series of longitudinal incisions is done towards glans penis depth. The edges of the split glans penis are sutured with two rows of interrupted sutures. Prepuce plastic is carried out in particular cases. The leaflets of the prepuce are sutured in the vicinity of the frenulum with two-rowed suture. Longitudinal skin cut is carried out along internal dorsal surface. The cut is sutured in transverse direction. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reliable correction of hypospadias. 8 dwg
