FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to urology. Technical result lies in formation of pieces of prepuce, adequate to anatomical peculiarities of penis head. For this purpose prepuce of pennies is excised parallel to coronary sulcus. Immediately before excision curved clamp is applied on prepuce parallel to coronary sulcus more proximally than clamp. After that, clamp is applied on internal piece of prepuce in similar way and it is excised more proximally than clamp in the same way. After that, pieces of prepuce are sewn with application of "П"-shaped suture in the area of frenulum. After that, sewing with uninterrupted suture into both sides is continued and finished with tying thread ends separately on dorsal surface.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to form pieces of prepuce, adequate to anatomical peculiarities of penis head, which eliminates risk of development of inflammatory diseases of prepuce, as well as reduces time of operation duration and simplifies it.
