SUBSTANCE: method comprises mowing and removing vegetation from the contaminated area, after which the surface of the field is loosened to a depth of 3-5 cm, poured with water and clay suspension in an amount of 250-300 m³/ha at a concentration of 15-20%, and after drying of the soil loosening is carried out again to a depth of 5-7 cm, and then ploughing with a skim coulter to the depth not less than 2-3 times the arable layer.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of radionuclide removal and fixing outside the root arable layer of the soil.
