FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to a method for manufacturing ribbed panels from dissimilar alloys. Mechanical and (or) chemical preparation of the cavity of the groove made in the panel and the welded end face of the rib is carried out. The end of the rib is installed in the groove with the provision of mechanical contact with a tolerance of 0.05-0.1 mm on each side. The panel is mounted on the welding table or on the support surface with the side down on which the groove is not made, rigidly fixed, ensuring its immobility. Laser welding of the panel with an edge is carried out, acting with a laser on the plane of the panel on which the groove is not made. The trajectory along which the laser beam is applied to the panel corresponds to the trajectory along which the groove is made on the other side of the panel. The operation is continued until the required number of edge and panel connections is obtained.
EFFECT: as a result, the performance characteristics, strength and reliability of a mix made of dissimilar materials are improved, ensuring high productivity and minimizing welding deformations.
