FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises electric power installation based on renewable energy source, the first accumulator battery charged by electric energy coming from the electric power installation and the second accumulator battery intended to supply the power system with electric energy. The system also contains switch of connections to switch over the first and second accumulator batteries, and controller to control the switch of connections. The controller controls switching of connections at the moment of their switching, and this moment is defined on the basis of forecast quantity of electric energy generated by the electric power installation and forecast need in electric energy of the electric power system.
EFFECT: usage of the invention allows effective use of output power of the renewable energy source, including its variations, and power supply in compliance with consumers' requests by discharge of the accumulator battery.
