The AAA server includes: a bottom layer interface module, a policy-based distribution module and a plurality of service processing modules, wherein the bottom layer interface module is configured to provide a message transmission interface between the policy-based distribution module and access networks with different network modes; the policy-based distribution module is configured to distribute messages from the access networks with different network modes to the plurality of service processing modules; wherein each service processing module of the plurality of service processing modules is configured to process a received message associated with granting access.
EFFECT: supporting multiple network modes in one AAA server, which reduces operational costs.
