FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier with an extended frequency range comprises an input differential cascade (1) with the first (2) and second (3) outphase current outputs. The first (16) and second (17) auxiliary current mirrors are introduced into the circuit; the above mirrors are matched with an offset potential circuit (15), an input of the first (16) current mirror is connected to the base of the first (5) output transistor and its current output is coupled to the emitter of the second (8) output transistor, an input of the second (17) current mirror is connected to the base of the second (8) output transistor and its current output is coupled to the emitter of the first (5) output transistor.
EFFECT: extending the range of operating frequencies for CU without worsening of the amplification ratio for voltage within the range of medium frequencies.
