SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of hexachloroplatinate (IV) of cyclohexane-trans-1,2-d,l-diammonium from solution of chloroplatinic acid, with separation of hexachloroplatinate (IV) of cyclohexane-trans-1,2-d,l-diammonium being carried out by addition into hydrochloric acid solution of chloroplatinic acid of cyclohexane-trans-1,2-d,l-diamine in icy acetic acid, with its further separation and hydrolysis, which is realised with dissolution of hexachloroplatinate (IV) of cyclohexane-trans-1,2-d,l-diammonium in water sodium acetate solution with concentration 50-250 g of CH3COONa·3H2O per 100 ml of water, taken in amount (300-800) % of molar quantity of platinum in initial solution of chloroplatinic acid, at 20-60°C for 0.5-5 hours. Hydrolysis process is carried out in reactor, protected from direct sun light and illumination, and separation of platinum (IV) cyclohexane-trans-1,2-d,l-diaminotetrachloride from hexachloroplatinate (IV) of cyclohexane-trans-1,2-d,l-diammonium solution is carried out by addition of concentrated hydrochloric acid to solution pH 1-3, drying obtained suspension at 60-90°C, dissolution of residue in diethyl ether, or acetone, or chloroform, filtration of solution from sodium chloride and evaporation of diethyl ether, or acetone, or chloroform. versions of method are also claimed.
