FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed mill can be used for grinding of hard materials in construction, chemical industry, metallurgy and agricultural production. Casing is resiliently fitted at the mill bed (5). It is inclined to horizon toward the loading and unloading openings at platform (2) with vibrator (3) there under. Vibrator changes the casing vibration path from circle to vertical ellipse. Said casing is shaped to torus with wavy multistart helical surface of double curvature. Said casing of components is composed of the sections. Every section is composed by circular sector of the strip. Said strip is coiled to make different-size quadrangles with two parallel sides. Said sections are connected by free sides of quadrangles to make a hollow case. Sections make from outside and inside the wavy helical surfaces shaped to pockets. The latter are directed to one side, at the angle to the casing lengthwise axis. Said pockets differ in shape and size. Distance between flexure lines equal the sum of perimeters of pockets of inner and outer surfaces.
EFFECT: material flow path variation ensures enhanced performances and higher efficiency.
