FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration grinder contains resiliently installed on the platform casing with the vibrator, wherein the casing is installed with inclination α at angle to horizon towards loading-unloading, and the vibrator is installed under the platform horizontally with the possibility of change of form of the casing oscillations trajectory from round to vertical ellipse. The casing is made in form of toroid with curvilinear screw surface along the internal perimeter in form of pockets of curvilinear shape with centres of curvature located inside the casing. Wherein the casing is made out of sections, each of them is made as round sector, made out of strap with creation of different rectangles with two parallel sides in form of bend lines, located on the strap at same distances from each other, and parallel to each other. The strap is coiled into a ring, along its perimeter the pockets of the curvilinear shape are located, and sections are connected with each other by free sides of the said tetragons in form of hollow casing creating along the external and internal surface of the directed to same side at acute angel to the casing axis screw lines and screw internal surfaces in form of pockets of curvilinear shape. Centres of curvature of the curvilinear pockets are located inside the casing.
EFFECT: expanded process functionality and increased capacity of grinding.
