FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gold extraction from the solutions of hydrochlorination of gold-bearing ores and concentrates. Gold is extracted in anionic form from chlorine-bearing solutions by means of extraction by stable emulsion of aqueous solution of water-soluble sulphite in sulphur-bearing crude.
EFFECT: lower gold extraction costs due to increased gold concentration, replacement of expensive extracting agents by low-cost sulphur-bearing crude and combination of processes.
