SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to a matrix material for wound healing. The matrix material for wound healing contains an intact decellularised fish skin, which contains an extracellular matrix material and to 25% (wt/wt) of lipids from the intact fish skin. The method of frame material obtaining includes obtaining of the fish skin, decellularisation of the fish skin, where the matrix material contains the extracellular matrix material from the intact fish skin. Application of the matrix material for wound healing is described.

EFFECT: obtaining of the matrix material, effective for wound healing and extension of the arsenal of acellular matrix transplants are achieved.
