FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is described: a method to estimate the quality of decellularized matrices for production of bioengineered transplants, including estimation of the resulting framework. The method has the following stages: confirmation of matrix extracellular components preservation and absence of cells nuclear structures by the morphological method; confirmation of matrix biocompatibility by calorimetric method; determination of matrix architectonics specified preservation by a mechanical method; estimation of matrix ability to generate free radicals, characteristic of the electron transfer chain in the mitochondria by the biophysical method of EPR spectroscopy.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of methods for assessment of quality of decellularized matrices for bioengineering.
