FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to a method for producing decellularized rabbit or rat kidney matrices. Method for producing decellularized rabbit or rat kidney matrices uses the detergent-enzymatic decellularization method using a high-performance perfusion system, which is represented by a module for decellularization, formed by reservoirs for a perfused solution and a parenchymatous organ, a system of silicone tubes with an internal diameter ¼'' and 1/8'', peristaltic tubes with three marked stoppers for connection to the Ismatec pump cartridges and the Luer-fittings system, which, when assembled, is connected to the flow-through reactor EBERS TEV500 MasterUnit; after connecting the decellularization module to the bioreactor, sequential renal perfusion with solutions of a certain composition is carried out.
EFFECT: above described method allows to preserve the structural integrity of the extracellular matrix components, as well as with the content of sulfated glycosaminoglycans and soluble collagen, comparable to native organs, in addition, the resulting decellularized matrices can be used for further stages of tissue engineering, in particular for subsequent cryopreservation, sterilization and recellularization procedures.
