FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and specifically to production of a tissue-specific matrix for tissue engineering of a parenchymal organ of a mammal. Method involves obtaining a donor material in the form of a donor parenchymal organ or part thereof, further fragmentation of the donor material, forming fragments with size from 10 mm to 15 mm, fragments freezing and their subsequent thawing, initial grinding of fragments, obtaining particles with size from 0.5 mm to 5 mm. Then decellularisation, lyophilisation and freezing of crushed particles, further milling the frozen particles to a size in range of 50 to 300 mcm to obtain samples of the desired matrix.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of equipment.
