FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and pharmaceuticals, namely to a method for lymphatic therapy for mastitis in sheep. The method involves the systemic administration of Tylosin 200 once a day for 5 days in combination with lymphostimulating injections, for which a freshly prepared mixture consisting of hyaluronidase, 0.5% novocaine solution, Thymogen® preparation and 40% glucose solution is injected into the thickness of the interosseous ligament of the spine at the L3-L4 level to sheep.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the effectiveness of therapy for mastitis in sheep due to increased lymphatic drainage and rapid elimination of swelling of breast tissues, early purification of the pathological focus from harmful tissue decay products, microbes and their toxins, increased immunological reactivity, as well as accelerating the recovery of animals and reducing the likelihood of relapses.
