FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: useful work is extracted by at least one device of the plant during which make furnace gases the combustion chamber installed upstream the turbine plant. Water and/or steam are injected by heat exchange with hot gas flow downstream the turbine plant and/or in the compressor channel. Water and/or steam are supplied into gas flow upstream the combustion chamber and/or into the combustion chamber in such quantities that at least 80% of oxygen contained in air in this flow to be consumed at combustion in the combustion chamber. The heat carrier used in the heating device is heated by warmth which is extracted by the furnace gas condenser located in furnace gas flow downstream the turbine plant. The fuel gas flow downstream the turbine plant is supplemented with furnace gases from the additional combustion chamber. Oxygen for combustion for this additional combustion chamber is supplied from the inlet air humidifier. Water and warmth are extracted from the furnace gas flow downstream the furnace gas condenser by means of the additional condenser, therefore furnace gas flow is additionally dried, and water and warmth extracted from this flow are supplied to air pumped into the compressor unit by means of the inlet air humidifier.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of operation of the gas-turbine combined thermal power plant.
