FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: gas turbine expander power plant comprises turbine expander with control nozzle device, booster gas compressor, gas turbine plant with regenerative air heater, high and low pressure gas heaters, air cooler, heat carrier heater, high pressure gas pipeline (1.0–0.6 MPa), low-pressure gas pipeline, intermediate heat carrier pipelines (water), thermal power plant boilers, gas pressure control system. Turbo expander is connected by shafts with booster gas compressor and with GTP compressor. Gas turbine is connected via shaft to electric generator. Large portion of gas from feed gas line is heated by heat carrier heat in high-pressure gas heater to 80–100 °C is expanded in turbine expander to 0.13–0.14 MPa, air is cooled before compressor, heated in low pressure gas heater to 50–60 °C and low-pressure gas line is fed into burners of thermal power plant boilers. Smaller part of high pressure gas is compressed in booster gas compressor and supplied to combustion chamber of gas turbine plant. Compressed air and intermediate heat carrier (water) are heated in regenerative air heater by exhaust gases of gas turbine.
EFFECT: higher power generation, higher thermal efficiency of thermal power plant and reduced cost.
