FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of combined production of power and heat energy, gaseous or liquid fuel is used, second flow of condensate is brought into heat contact with waste gases in condensate heating heat exchanger, is heated and delivered in form of hot water into heat supply heat exchanger with return of cooled hot water into condensate heating heat exchanger, third flow of condensate is directed for recovery of heat of secondary power sources of industrial enterprise with formation of steam which is overheated by waste gases of gas-steam turbine plant and is delivered in form of superheated steam into combustion chamber, fourth flow is directed into hot-water supply heat exchanger, fifth flow is cooled in condensate cooler and is mixed with cooled hot water after hot water supply heat exchanger and is brought in to contact with waste gases in condenser, and at drop of temperature of ambient medium to temperature of beginning of heat and lower, steam is extracted before combustion chamber and is brought into heat contact with hot water getting into heat supply heat exchanger. Power plant is furnished additionally with heat supply heat exchanger, hot water supply heat exchanger, industrial enterprise secondary power sources heat recovery device, steam extraction unit, and gas-steam turbine engine is furnished with steam overheating heat exchanger.
EFFECT: possibility of utilization of heat of combustion fuel in full volume for heat and hot water supply.
