FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to a method for manufacture of protein-vitamin-lycopene products. The method envisages preparation of a dispersed protein system by way of soya bean seeds disintegration in water medium in the presence of powdered red sweet paprika, the taken components (water:soya bean seeds:paprika) weight ratio being 8:1:0.1, thermal-acid coagulation of protein substances in the system is performed with 5% water solution of amber and ascorbic acids mixture; the coagulate moisture content is conditioned to 10-80%; whey is mixed with carrot juice at a weight ratio of 1:1.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain products with pleasant tones of red colour, with delicate savour and flavour of sweet paprika; such products contain an antioxidant complex.
