FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining of antigen-binding protein is described which is heterodimeric with reference to protein A. The cells are cultivated which contain the first nucleinic acid coding the first heavy chain of immunoglobulin containing the first variable domain which recognizes the first epitope and the second nucleinic acid coding the second heavy chain of immunoglobulin containing the second variable domain which recognizes the second epitope where the second CH3 area contains the modification which reduces or prevents binding of the second CH3 area with A protein in comparison with the first CH3 area, and also the third nucleinic acid coding light chain of immunoglobulin which forms pair with the first and the second heavy chains of immunoglobulin.
EFFECT: invention solves the problem of by-products pollution of bispecific antigen-binding A proteins.
