Method includes application of an Ionic modifier, which is salt, selected from beryllium, lithium, sodium or potassium acetate; sodium or potassium bicarbonate; lithium, sodium, potassium or cesium carbonate; lithium, sodium, potassium, cesium or magnesium chloride; sodium or potassium fluoride; sodium, potassium or calcium nitrate; sodium or potassium phosphate; or calcium or magnesium sulfate.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for antigen-binding bispecific proteins isolation.
