FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automation and telemechanics. Data stored on the server, such as incident, actual level of risk, permissible intensity of failure of technical means of categories 1 and 2, actual failure rate of technical means of categories 1 and 2 are used. Incident structure includes data on object, on type of incident, category of failure of technical means, on classifier of incident of 1st level, on classifier of incident of 2nd level, on the date and time of the beginning of the incident, on the note of the incident, on loss of train-hours, on the asset of the incident. Application server receives said data from server using communication module with external systems. Using the application server calculation module, calculating for the selected object the indicators, such as the intensity of the incidents, actual level of risk, forecast level of risk, expected intensity of incidents, Pareto analysis is carried out, draft plan is developed for improving reliability, efficiency of reliability improvement plan is evaluated. Indicators are transmitted to server by means of communication module with external systems.
EFFECT: reduced probability of loss of train-hours due to failures of technical means.
