FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: steel slab is heat-rolled from steel including in wt %: C - 0.001-0.10, Si - 1.0-5.0, Mn - 0.01-1.0, one or both from S and Se with total concentration of 0.01-0.05, Al sol. (acid soluble aluminium) - 0.003-0.050, N - 0.001-0.020, Fe and unavoidable impurities making the rest. Cold rolled is executed one time, two times or more with intermediate annealing to get the sheet of final depth. Said sheet is subjected to recrystallization annealing with application of annealing separator applied on the sheet surface to get the film covering steel substrate and containing forsterite. Then, it is subjected to final annealing with refining and straightening annealing combined with top coating film application and sintering. Primary recrystallization annealing is performed by heating at the rate S1 at 500-600°C making at least 100°C/s and at the rate S2 at 600°C-700°C making at least 30°C/s and not over 0.6×S1. Used annealing separator contains MgO as the main component that features the target magnitude of citric acid activity distribution µ(A) 3.5-3.8, activity index A not lower than 0.4 and cumulative frequency F 25-45%.

EFFECT: required magnetic properties, no crack formation or spalling caused by deformation twinning.
