FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. Sheet is obtained from electrical steel containing, wt%: C 0.005 or less, Si from 2.0 % to 5.0, Mn from 0.01 to 0.5, sol. Al 10 ppm or less, N 15 ppm or less, S and Se each 10 ppm or less, and three or more selected from Sn, Sb, Cr, P, Mo and B, content of which satisfy relationship 0.16≤[%Sn]+[%Sb]+[%Cr]+2⋅[%P]+[%Mo]+[%B]≤0.50, Fe and unavoidable impurities – the rest, by hot rolling of slab, cold rolling, recrystallization annealing, secondary recrystallization annealing with heating rate of not more than 5 °C/h to 800–900 °C, and then to 1,000–1,100 °C in atmosphere containing H2 and application of MgO annealing separator.
EFFECT: improving the bending property making the number of times of repeated bending 10 or more.
