FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to sheets of grain-oriented electrical steel used as a material for iron cores of transformers. The sheets have the following chemical composition: C: 0.005 wt.% or less, Si: 2.0 to 4.5 wt.%, Mn: 0.01 to 0.5 wt.%,  and also in  ppm, N: 20 ppm or less, Se, Te and O each less than 50 ppm, S: less than 30 ppm, acid-soluble Al: less than 40 ppm, Ti: less than 30 ppm, of which 5 ppm or more and 25 ppm or less are acid-soluble Ti, optionally at least one element selected from the group consisting of: Ni: 1.50 wt.% or less, Sn: 0.50 wt.% or less, Sb: 0.50 wt.% or less, Cu: 0.50 wt.% or less, Mo: 0.50 wt.% or less, P: 0.50wt.% or less, Cr: 1.50 wt.% or less, B: 0.0050 wt.% or less and Nb: 0.0100 wt.% or less, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities. The sheets contain precipitates containing Ti and N with a grain size of 200 nm or more at a concentration of 0.05 grains/mm2 or more.
EFFECT: sheets have stable high properties along the entire length.
