FIELD: blasting works.
SUBSTANCE: blast resistant panel comprises a metal armoured frame with metal armoured lining and filler, has four fixed nozzles-supports in the ends. In a coating of an explosive object there are four support rods rigidly fixed, which are telescopically inserted into fixed nozzles-supports of the panel. The filler is made in the form of a dispersed air-lead system, besides, lead is made by form as crumbs. Support rods are made elastic. The panel additionally contains elastically damping breaking disposable elements, which are fixed on support rods to sheets-stops by means of a damping base with screws. A disposable bushing is attached to the base coaxially to the rod, made of brittle, damaging material, for instance, porcelain, The elastic part of the damaging element is made in the form of at least three sheet springs placed between sheets-stops and a clamping element of bushing type with grooves for fixation of one end of springs, At the same time the second end of each spring by means of hinged joints is fixed on sheets-stops, and springs are arranged with inclination of about 15÷45° towards the elastically damping damaging disposable element.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability of actuation of explosion-protection devices in case of an emergency explosion on a facility and provide for return of structures into initial position after explosion.
