FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as light removable panels and roofs, blast guards and screens, designed to prevent emergency situation (ES). Explosion proof panel comprises metallic armored carcass with metallic armored lining and lead filler, has four fixed pipes-supports in the ends, and four bearing rods are rigidly installed in the coating of explosive object telescopically inserted into the fixed pipes-supports of the panel. Filler is composed in the form of air-lead dispersion, lead is made in the form of chip, and support bars are mode flexible. Besides, poroelastic and disposable single-acting elements are strengthened to sheets-supports in-series. Disposable element is made, for example, in the form of a bushing enclosing a support bar and made of “triplex” type glass, or porcelain, or ceramics, or combined material, and poroelastic element is composed in the form of sleeve made of elastomer, for example, polyurethane, or spring filled with polyurethane. At least one disposable element is made with warning system made in the form of sleeve, for example, of “triplex” type glass or porcelain, and enclosing a support bar, and having the safety indicator in the middle part built in the form of two truncated conical surfaces which tops are directed towards to each other. On one of the surfaces the sensor responding to destruction is fixed, for example resistive strain gauge, output of which is connected to the signal amplifier coming to the input of emergency alert. To increase reliability of operation of explosion proof panel, in particular for its displacement according to the specified vertical trajectory upwards, each rod is made with reinforced base located in the coating of explosive object.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reliability improvement of explosion proof devices at emergency explosion at the object and providing return of these structures into initial position after explosion, as well as personnel announcement in case of ES.
