FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: anti-explosion panel with a safety sleeve containing metal armoured frame with metal armoured skin and lead-filler having four fixed support sleeves in the ends, and four support rods, telescopically inserted into the fixed support sleeves of the panel, embedded in the cover of the explosive object, the filler is made in the form of an air-lead disperse system, wherein the lead is made in the form of a crumb, and the support rods are made elastic, additionally comprises poroelastic destructible single-action elements, which are fixed on the support rods to the support sheets by a damping bed with screws, a sleeve made in the form of a truncated cone is rigidly fixed to the to the bed coaxially to the rod, wherein its lower bed of the truncated cone is connected to the bed, and the upper bed of the truncated cone rests against a one-action element made in the form of a sleeve of a brittle destructible material, such as porcelain or glass of "triplex" type, which is pressed from below by a clamping element of a sleeve type with grooves for fixing the elastic party of the destructible element made in the form of a conical spring, facing towards the clamping element of a sleeve type by its upper bed, and the lower bed of the conical spring is fixed in the grooved of the damping bed by cast polyurethane, and fixation of the clamping element of a sleeve type is carried out by latches located on the rod surface, and the one-action element is made in the form of a helical spring made of brittle destructible material. The sleeve made in the form of a truncated cone and tightly attached to the bed with its lower bed, coaxially to the rod, and into the upper bed of which the one-action element, made in the form of a sleeve of brittle destructible material, rests, is made of vibration cushioning material, such as polyurethane.
EFFECT: increasing the explosion protective devices operation reliability in case of emergency explosion at the facility, and providing of these structures return into the original position after the explosion due to introduction of a one-action element into the system.
