FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: unit comprises a supporting frame, sweep drive, lifting mechanism, pins, tool for electromechanic reinforcement of sleeve openings, latching device and joint coupling. Sweep drive consists of a step motor, programmable control unit for step motor and switched mode power supply. The supporting frame consists of the upper base, lower base, supports and foot supports. The upper base is fixed at upper ends of supports. The lower base with foot supports is fixed at lower ends of supports. Pins are mounted at the upper base. Lifting mechanism is fixed at lower end of the upper base by bolts with pins screwed into them. The tool for electromechanic reinforcement of sleeve openings is mounted in the lifting mechanism cartridge. The latching device is fixed at the lower base of supporting frame. The step motor is connected to upper ends of pins. The programmable control unit for step motor and the switched mode power supply are fixed at the upper frame of the supporting structure. Joint coupling connects the shaft of lifting mechanism and step motor shaft.

EFFECT: smooth speed regulation is provided for movement of the tool for electromrechanic reinforcement of sleeve openings.
