FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to surface straining of inner profiled surfaces. Proposed device comprises mandrel, hardening tooth, current-insulation sleeve, lever arranged at said mandrel, screw arranged at mandrel top part, and weight gage fitted at lever upper part. Hardening tooth allows feeding of electric current to the point said sledge stays in contact with bore surface and is secured at lever lower part.
EFFECT: higher hardness, better heat removal from contact zone.
