FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a robotic surgical system and a method for controlling the above system. The system comprises a robotic arm operating under the control of a switchboard comprising an eye-tracking system identifying a surgeon's line of vision direction and inputting a command, a working area view screen, an individual-system interface and robotic arms manipulators. The system operation provides a method for controlling the same.
EFFECT: using the group of inventions provides higher operational safety of the surgical system.
