FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: patient receiving treatment peritoneal dialysis, performing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. In each of trocar wounds cooled hydrogel material “Coletex-ADL” is introduced in amount of 1-2 ml. After extraction of cystic arteries and duct peritoneal catheter is removed from pelvic and placed in subhepatic space. After cholecystectomy through catheter space is filled in with “Coletex-AKL” in amount of 75-150 ml. After removing trocars in operational wounds cooled “Coletex-ADL” is introduced again in amount of 1-2 ml. Wounds are closed. After 12-36 hours from surgery repeated introduction of “Coletex-ADL” in amount of 20-30 ml is conducted through peritoneal catheter. Catheter reduced into small pelvis using metal stilette.
EFFECT: method reduces risk of intra-operative and infectious complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients receiving treatment by peritoneal dialysis, allows to reduce period of peritoneal dialysis resumption.
