SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulics and can be used in hydraulic control valves. The hydraulic regulating one-way valve comprises: a threaded sleeve provided with a first containing cavity and a second containing cavity, which communicate with each other, at the same time, a restrictive surface is formed at the junction of the first containing cavity and the second containing cavity, and an outlet is provided in the outer wall of the threaded sleeve; a valve stem provided with a connecting hole passing through the valve stem in the axial direction and sequentially containing a sliding section, a buffer section and a stop section in the axial direction, while the sliding section slides with a seal in the first containing cavity; a valve seat secured in the second containing cavity; a valve core fixedly surrounding the buffer section, the valve core sealing against the valve seat; a fixing spring put on the buffer section; and a control piston provided with a clamping hole, wherein a throttle hole is formed on the outer side surface along the axial direction of the control piston, the throttle hole, the clamp hole and the connecting hole communicate with each other.

EFFECT: reduction of shock load when pumping liquid.
