SUBSTANCE: device contains work tank with bottom and lid, located inside the work tank axle with bracket and blade having cutting edge, front and rear surfaces. The blade installed on the bracket has through slots and/or holes from the front surface to rear surface. Minimum width of slots and/or holes in cross-section perpendicular to their longitudinal axis is below the minimum size of the grinding bodies. The lid is connected with the rotation drive installed on the frame.
EFFECT: decreasing of treatment cycle duration, and increased level of dispersion of ground material.
