FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the powdered, grain or lump materials mixing and grinding devices and can be used for the powders and bulk mixtures preparation in the construction, chemical, food and other industries, as well as in agriculture. Mixing and grinding device comprises housing, working container, installed on the housing with the possibility of rotation by means of drive. Container consists of rigid cylindrical shell, front and rear ends with holes for connection to loading and unloading devices, respectively, and diaphragms with through holes. Diaphragms divide the working container into sections. Working container shell is made elastic and consists of sections with rims. Sections are in series connected to each other, and the diaphragms are installed between the last section rim and rear end and between the rims of adjacent sections. Sections elastic shell outer surface is provided with radial projections. On the shaft between the diaphragms with through holes spacer bushings are installed.

EFFECT: mixing and grinding device provides increase in the dispersion level (fineness of grinding) of the ground material and prevents overgrinding.
