FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mixing and grinding device comprises a working container, a rotation drive of a working container, in the lid of which a shaft with at least one bracket with at least one blade is rotatably mounted. The blade has a cutting edge equidistant to the inner surface of the working container, a curved front surface with through grooves, the width of which is smaller than the smallest dimension of the grinding bodies. The radial and axial position of the blades can be adjusted. The bottom of the working container is hollow. The cavity of the bottom is connected to the hole in the shaft. The through holes are made in the bottom, connecting the bottom cavity with the internal volume of the working capacity. The inner surface of the bottom is concave to interface with the inner surface of the walls of the working container. The generator of the inner surface of the walls of the working container has a curved concave shape prior to conjugation with the rectilinear part of the generatrix or before coupling with the bottom. The bottom having a central protrusion is removable and fixed to form a cavity between the working container and the bottom. The central part of the bottom and/or the central ledge is provided with radial projections. The central extension of the bottom is provided with through holes, connecting the internal volume of the working container with the bottom cavity. The inner surface of the lid is concave to interface with the inner surface of the walls of the working container. At least one bracket for securing the blades is made in the form of a continuous flat or concave disc, and the edge of the cutting edge of the blade facing the bottom is located higher and/or coincides with the seat of the bottom with the cylindrical part of the inner surface of the working container. The width of the blade is equal to the width of the cylindrical part of the inner surface of the working container and/or is greater than or equal to the two maximum dimensions of the grinding bodies, if the cylindrical part of the working capacity is absent.
EFFECT: device allows to reduce power inputs, to shorten the cycle time of processing and to increase the level of dispersion of the grinded material.
