FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing and grinding of materials and can be used in construction, chemical, food and other industries. Device comprises a rotating cylindrical working reservoir 1, inside which on the rotor 5 by means of brackets 4 blades 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 are uniformly installed. On one side of the work reservoir there is a loading device 16 for loading processed material, and on the other side - device 17 for unloading material. Blades form at least one group of four blades, in which the second and third blades are turned relative to the first one by 180°, and the fourth blade is installed similarly to the first blade. Blades in the other groups can be arranged as well as the first four blades or turned relative to the first group at any angle. Working reservoir is installed on bearings 2 and on the additional bearing 19 arranged between the groups of blades.

EFFECT: higher reliability and longer life due to elimination of imbalance of working vessel and rotor with blades, reduction of static and dynamic loads on bearing assemblies.
