FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: frame is shaped of carbonaceous filaments, condensed with carbon with production of a blank of carbon-silicon carbide composite material with open porosity reduced from protective layers towards base layers in future articles within the range from 20-60% to 6-12%. Open pores of the blank material are filled in with dispersive carbon and thereupon siliconisation is performed. Nanodispersive carbon or its mixture with fine carbon with particle size less than 5 mcm are used as dispersive carbon. Siliconisation is performed by vapour-and-liquid-phase technique at initial mass transport of silicon to the material pores by means of capillary condensation of its vapours within temperature range at the blank of 1300-1600°C and pressure in the reactor less than 27 mm Hg at temperature of silicon vapours exceeding temperature of the blank per 100-10°C respectively. Then the blank is heated and held at temperature of 1750-1850°C.

EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of articles.
