FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of construction materials, operating under conditions of high heat loading and oxidative medium, and can be used in chemical-metallurgical industry for creation of products and construction elements, subjected to impact of aggressive media. Carbon-silicon carbide composite material contains carbon fibrous filler and matrix, consisting of silicon carbide, silicon and carbon. part of silicon carbide in it represents nanosize fibres or tubes, dimensions of separate silicon fragments do not exceed 10 mcm, components of material are contained in the following quantity, wt %: carbon fibres 29-40.1, silicon carbide 35-56.4 with content of carbidised carbon fibres in it not more than 3.8, free silicon 2-10, free carbon - the remaining part. Carbon fibre-reinforced plastic workpiece is formed on the base of carbon fibre-reinforced matrix and coke-forming binding agent, its carbonisation is carried out, silicon-active carbon is formed in workpiece material pores and obtained workpiece is siliconised with steam-liquid-phase method. Before workpiece formation matrix is saturated with pyrocarbon by vacuum isothermal method until its content is 10-18.5 wt %, formation of silicon-active carbon in workpiece material pores before its siliconising is realised by growing nanosize carbon in form of fibres or tubes in pores. Primary delivery of silicon into material pores in steam-liquid-phase method of siliconising is realised preferably by capillary condensation of its vapours in the interval 1300-1500°C.
EFFECT: increased resource of product operating under conditions of aggressive media, high thermal ad mechanical loading.
