FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes case with variable section, which consists of cylindrical ferrules of different diameter. These ferrules are connected to each other by conic transitional side-bars. There is conic bottom, supplying barrel, located in upper part on case axis, branch-pipes for supplying suspension to classification and selection of classification products and unit of washing liquid supply. Mixing device of mechanical type with drive, made in form of mixers, fastened on one shaft in some layers by body height, is installed on case axis. These mixers are different from each other in diameter. Baffle is installed under the supplying barrel on the shaft. Unit of washing liquid supply is placed in lower part of case between cylindrical ferrules of larger and smaller diameters. At least one mixer is placed directly above it in zone, limited by surface of conic side-bar, which connects said cylindrical ferrules. Mixer, placed in zone, which is limited by surface of cylindrical ferrule of the largest diameter, is made in form of traverses, radially placed in one plane and rigidly fastened on the shaft. On these traverses scrapers are installed at angle to surface of cylindrical case part.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency and classifying ability of apparatus.
