SUBSTANCE: incremental capacity transducer of angular movements, which contains movable and fixed dielectric plates, electrode sections combined by means of inter-section electric connections and located on the side of fixed dielectric plate facing the movable dielectric plate, sections of two electrodes, which are arranged on the side of movable dielectric plate, which faces fixed dielectric plate, and signal conversion unit. In addition, transducer is equipped with six oscillating circuits with inductance coils galvanically isolated from signal conversion unit, as well as sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits located in circumferential direction on the side of fixed disc, which faces movable disc, sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits located in circumferential direction of smaller diameter on the side of fixed disc, which faces movable disc, sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits, which are located in circumferential direction of smaller diameter on the side of fixed disc, which faces movable disc, sections of common electrode of three oscillating circuits, which are located in circumferential direction on the side of movable disc, which faces fixed disc above sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits, sections of common electrode of three oscillating circuits, which are located in circumferential direction of smaller diameter on the side of movable disc, which faces fixed disc above sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits. Signal conversion unit includes six inductance coils of energy make-up and six inductance coils of frequency readout of resonance oscillations.

EFFECT: higher measuring accuracy of angular movements.
