FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of geology and may be used for large-scale forecasting of area distribution and localization of deposits of metal ore mineral resources of various genesis and age. Substance: information is received about near-surface and depth geological formations and structures of this territory with linkage to geographic coordinates. They separate the received information by separate criteria and systemize those. Received information on each criterion of a specific ore mineral is ranged by importance. They believe that this criterion is valuable in a certain random radius of geographic coordinates, which is much less than linear dimensions of the evaluated territory. Each criterion is assessed relative to the standard in points according to a ten-point scale. The coefficient of the state of geological exploration of the territory section to be evaluated is determined. On the basis of produced data they calculate potential productivity of the territory.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of assessment of potential productivity of a territory.
