FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in production of piston machines. Proposed process comprises primary turning, quenching of the liner inner working surface by HF currents and its finishing at honing machine. After finishing, antifriction coating is applied on the liner working surface by rubbing the 0.02-0.03 mm deep brass ply in at pressure by spinning and vertically reciprocating three brass rolls fitted on brass-coating head secured in the machine rpm-controlled spindle. Said rolls are wetted with process fluid as a coolant-lubricant used in said machine and composed of the mix of glycerine with metal chlorides. Note here that said cylinder assembly is fitted in mandrel and squeezed by upper retainer to allow uniform location and squeezing while application cycle duration is set to 60 seconds.

EFFECT: higher reliability of coated parts, longer life of ICE.
