FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to diagnostics, and can be used to establish a diagnosis of the recovered glutathione formation in pregnant woman's erythrocytes accompanying cytomegaloviral infection. That is ensured by measuring cytomegalovirus antibody titre and erythrocyte glutathione reductase in the peripheral blood, if the measured cytomegalovirus antibody titre is 1:1600, whereas the glutathione reductase activity appears to reduce to 4.48±0.22 Unit/gHb, the suppressed recovered glutathione formation in erythrocytes is stated.
EFFECT: method enables stating the oxidative process gain in the erythrocyte membranes by measuring the reduced glutathione reductase activity in erythrocytes.
