FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cytomegalovirus antibody titre, fatty acid peroxide and glutathione reductase activity reduction are measured in pregnant women's peripheral blood; if the measured cytomegalovirus antibody titre is 1:1600, the fatty acid peroxide gain and glutathione reductase activity reduction are stated; that is followed by calculating a discriminator function by formula DF=(+0.143×sex)+(-2.825×glutathione reductase), and if DF is more than (+2.60), a risk hemic anaemia is created.
EFFECT: method enables evaluating the risk of hemic anaemia caused by a cell membrane injury and a fatty acid peroxide accumulation.
