FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: piezoelectric oscillator is made of two identical modules, each of them containing substrate with transparent electroconductive coating serving as electrode, at the electrode surface there is piezoelectric layer formed of lead zirconate titanate as vertical micropiezoelements with width of 50-100 mcm placed as nodes of the grid with side of 200-500 mcm; both identical modules are interconnected by piezoelectric layers via metal grid and insulating layer. Laminated film structure of transparent piezoelectric oscillator is manufactured by magnetron sputtering of transparent films with required properties. Mobile device of smartphone type comprises the above piezoelectric oscillator built-in into the display.
EFFECT: piezoelectric oscillator manufactured as thin flexible film in compliance with the preset geometry and placement at nodes of the metal grid made of foil, ensured transparency of the structure and increased capacity of accumulator.
