FIELD: measurement of vibrations of rigid bodies. SUBSTANCE: active element is fabricated in the form of polarized ferroelectric film of lead circonate-titanate on metal backing. Thickness of ferroelectric film amounts to 0.007-2.0 μm. This ensures stability of polarized condition of film with bending and heating. This active element makes it possible to measure dynamic deformations of surfaces of varying curvature within wide temperature range without depolarization. EFFECT: increased sensitivity with bending and after heating to temperatures above Curie temperature of material. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
