SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a device for muscle build-up (1) used for building muscles in user's extremities by applying a preset pressure force to at least one of the user's extremities, limiting blood flow through the extremity, and comprising: a belt (10) wrapped around at least one extremity and applying a pressure force to the muscle; a tension force meter (60) measuring a tension force applied to the wrapped belt (10); a pressure force meter configured so that it comes into automatic operation as the tension force measured by the tension force meter (60) exceeds a preset threshold, and measures the pressure force applied to the muscle.
