FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a prenosological assessment of the children's health by blood uric acid. Substance of the method: measuring blood serum uric acid; if observing symptom-free hyperuricemia making 30-80% as much as average uric acid content, hyperuricemia is considered to be a retention, compensatory anti-inflammatory reaction to an increase in active oxygen intermediates accompanying a toxic exposure to iron and manganese, environmental factors; an uric acid level is supposed to be a marker facilitating the decision making on registering the 11-15-year-old children for regular medical checkups in order to prevent retention hyperuricemia from transforming into pathological production one.
EFFECT: invention provides more accurate diagnosis of prenosological disorders in the children residing under conditions of body exposure to various hazardous environmental factors; it makes it possible to specify children's adaptation mechanism disturbances in due time; the stage of children's adaptive behaviour depletion may be confirmed if high uric acid and CRP levels are detected.
